Reception
Deer Valley Banquets is a stunning full service venue featuring a spacious ballroom with cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows over looking our scenic golf course. Our experienced staff will bring your dreams to life.
Need a space to prepare for the big day? Our bridal suite in the lower level has a salon like feel complete with complimentary breakfast bar, furniture, TV, and plenty of space for your ladies. In the upper level we have created a Groom's Room for the gents!

Every couple is unique, let us create a wedding day perfect for you!
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RECEPTION PACKAGE?
· Venue space guaranteed for 7 hours (additional fee per hour after 7 hours)
· Full Service Staff including waitstaff, up to 2 bartenders, and an Event Coordinator
· Tasting for the bride and groom to create your personalized menu
· Tables and Chairs for your reception
· Tableware including White China, Silverware, Glassware, Salt & Pepper
· Cake Cutting Service including plates and serve ware
· Table number holders
· White or Black Table Linens including Cloth Napkins for all guest tables
· Table Linens and Skirting for service tables
(Head Table, Cake Table, Guest Book table, Gift Table, etc)
· Set up of Venue (not including set up of table decorations)
· Clean up of Venue (not including tear down of table decorations)
· Free Parking for Guests
· Patio Furniture on Upper Deck by request
· Outside lighting
· Vases and other décor items in our inventory
· Coordination with your vendors for set up and tear down
· Early set up dates based on availability
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR CEREMONY PACKAGE?
· Everything included in the reception package AND
· Use of the venue the day before from 9am - 7pm for decorating and the rehearsal.

· Use of the Bridal Suite the day of the ceremony from 8am until Grand Entrance
· Complimentary light breakfast and Wedding Party Lunch
· Event Coordinator for the rehearsal and ceremony
· Deer Valley’s upper patio deck and gazebo
· Outdoor chairs are provided for an additional fee or you may rent your own
· Indoor Ceremony includes set-up of chairs on the dance floor and staff to reset dance floor and stage work for reception.
