Our in house catering staff brings years of experience create custom menus for our clients.  Below are a few options available on our menu however we love creating new dishes to compliment your taste and budget.

For a more elegant event plated meals are served by our experienced white gloved waitstaff and cooked to perfection.

VEGETARIAN

  • Vegetable Primavera includes Assorted Vegetables with Pasta Noodles tossed in a light Creme Sauce

  • Vegetable Lasagna includes Layers of Noodles divided by Ricotta Cheese, Vegetables, and Alfredo Sauce

BEEF SELECTIONS

  • Prime Rib of Beef ~  12 oz of slow roasted Prime Rib served with au jus

  • Sliced Roast Beef ~ 8 oz of Roast Beef served a light creamy beef gravy

  • Rib-eye ~ 10 oz of tender and juicy steak 

  • Filet Mignon~ 6 oz of premium steak filet wrapped in bacon

  • Bistro Filet Mignon ~ 8 oz of mouthwatering fillet wrapped in bacon

 

CHICKEN SELECTIONS

  • Chicken Supreme ~ A light cream sauce ladled atop an 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast baked until fork tender

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu ~ 8-10 oz all white meat chicken stuffed with swiss cheese, ham and breaded and baked

 

PORK SELECTIONS

  • Roast Pork Loin ~ Slow Roasted and seasoned to perfection

  • Bone-In Pork Chop ~ 8 oz Pork Chop stuffed with smoky bacon and gouda cheese

SEAFOOD SELECTIONS

  • White Fish ~ 6 oz Fillet delicately seasoned, tender and flaky

  • Salmon ~ Teriyaki marinade fillet of 6 oz salmon grilled to serve

  • Shrimp ~ 5 Jumbo pieces of batter dipped or grilled

  • Scallops ~ Pan Seared Jumbo Sea Scallops with wine and lemon reduction

  • Sea Bass ~ Broiled with Lemon Butter and Wine Sauce

 

COMBO SELECTIONS

  • Rib-eye and Chicken Supreme ~ 6 oz Rib-eye served with 4 oz of Chicken Breast

  • Rib-eye and Jumbo Shrimp ~  6 oz Rib-eye served with 3 pieces of Jumbo Shrimp

  • Steak Filet and Jumbo Shrimp ~ 6 oz Filet Mignon served with 3 pieces of Jumbo Shrimp
